Nordier Property Advisors
Nordier Property Advisors is a Stockholm based boutique firm in commercial Real Estate Advisory. As part of their branding work, they sometimes extend the marketing process for extra valuable projects.
This project was named "Stories", and the aim with the material was to show the potential of an area and a piece of land that Nordier was advising to sell.
We made a film showing the amazing location and potential of the area. The beautiful surroundings and close to nature experience the area provided, while at the same time being just 20 min away from Stockholm City.
The video was accompanied by a project website and a luxurious prospect folder and given to all potential buyers Nordier met with during the selling process.
