Nordier Property Advisors
Nordier Property Advisors is a Stockholm based boutique firm in commercial Real Estate Advisory. I developed their entire communicative and visual platform as a combined case, and this annual report is now part of their branding material.
My focus was on this booklet to feel exclusive, well put and thought through, just in line with the rest of the marketing and overall branding. The colours, choice of paper and typography had to breathe a sense of awareness and seriousity.
The cover has a small magnet to enclose the booklet. That small detail that makes a big difference.
